This site helps prescribers see, in seconds, which therapies a patient is likely to be eligible for under their drug plan, which are excluded and why, and what paperwork applies.

How it works

Each disease has a rules file listing the clinical characteristics that payers ask about, the therapies in use, and the published criteria for each payer. Your entries are evaluated in your browser against those rules. Nothing you enter leaves your device.

Evaluated versus narrative criteria

A small number of criteria are evaluated from the form. Everything else a payer requires, such as treatment duration, functional class, vaccination, or renewal rules, is listed under each drug as narrative text. Read both.

Sources and verification

Every entry cites its source and shows the date it was last verified. Entries marked draft have been drafted from national recommendations and not yet checked against the payer's own wording.

Independence

All therapies for a disease are listed regardless of funding. Funders, if any, have no access to content before publication and no influence over it. A funding statement will be published here.

Corrections

If a criterion is wrong or out of date, tell us. Updates with an official source are processed first.
